Do you struggle to do uncomfortable things?

Do you ever run out of photos to post? I do. I often want to say something but first I have to find a photo to go with my words. I know it’s quick and easy to grab a phone and take a picture of anything, but for some perfectionist reason, I have to do things the hard DSLR camera/ LightRoom way. Anyway, I haven’t edited any new photos recently. But I did find another river book shoot photo of my daughter Imogen. I rather like it despite it being similar to other photos I’ve posted over the last few days.

So I’ve got a photo. Now what did I want to say? Hello! It’s Monday morning here in Australia. I am thinking about the day ahead. Should I start it with a run? The only problem is the temperature. It’s below freezing. Should I be brave and gritty and head out for a run even though I know I’m going to feel cold and uncomfortable? I guess I’ll warm up quickly once I get moving. I wonder if anyone runs in snowy conditions. Now that would require courage and grit!

I have a blog post written in my head about being brave and gritty. Actually, I’ve got a few post ideas. This week I might do some blogging!

Time to pull on my running gear. Yes, I’m going to be brave and gritty! Do you ever struggle to do uncomfortable things? And are you a perfectionist?
